We print all IDs 24 hours from submission. We offer FREE USPS shipping that usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive. If you would like we can upgrade your shipping and include tracking. Typically this would arrive in 2 days. For next day or Saturday delivery, please contact us and we will provide a fedex rate. 

You will get (1) Large Wallet Pet Identification ID and (3) Dog Collar IDs for $19.95 with FREE SHIPPING. 

If youre pet’s picture is black in the PREVIEW or when designing, we will need a new photo. Sometimes mobile browsers prevent photos from saving correctly. Please design the ID and manually send us the photo. You can email it to Email or upload it by Clicking Here.

This sometimes happens due to the size of the image. Try saving it as a smaller version or email it to info@mypetdmv.com and we can fix it. We’ll send it back within 24 hours.

Sometime different devices (iphone, computer, ipad) display photos differently. We have a team of Dog Artists that will inspect each ID before it ships and make sure it looks perfect. If we have any difficulties adjusting it, we will contact you within 24 hours.
